# Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Pro Exterior website and the purchase of services from Pro Exterior Window Cleaning & Pressure Cleaning. By using the website, requesting a quote, or booking service, you agree to these terms.

## 1. Services

Pro Exterior provides residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, window buffing for hard-water and mineral-deposit stains, gutter cleaning, roof soft washing, house washing, and holiday-light installation within its regular service area and elsewhere by written arrangement. Pro Exterior does not provide window scratch removal.

## 2. Online quotes and count confirmation

- Window-cleaning quotes are calculated from the window types, count, and service option you provide through the online quiz.
- We double-check the count and service conditions before work begins.
- If the count or on-site conditions differ, we explain and obtain approval for the updated quote before starting.
- High interior windows, sliding-door tracks, specialty access, and conditions excluded by the calculator may be quoted on arrival.
- Window buffing is evaluated separately because mineral deposits, etching, access, and the condition of the glass vary.
- Other exterior-service requests receive a custom quote.

## 3. Scheduling, cancellation, weather, and access

- Appointment requests are subject to confirmation and route availability.
- Please provide as much notice as possible when rescheduling or canceling.
- You agree to provide reasonable access, including gate instructions, secured pets, and moved vehicles where needed.
- We may reschedule due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

## 4. Text messaging terms

When you check an SMS consent box, you agree to receive messages related to the selected category: quote and service communications, and—only where separately selected—marketing or promotional messages.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving a quote.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

## 5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods may include card, Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal, cash, or check as communicated for the service.

## 6. Satisfaction and property condition

- If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and make the work right where reasonably possible.
- We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects, failed seals, brittle fixtures, loose materials, deferred maintenance, or improper prior installation.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability for a service claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

## 7. Website use

- You agree to provide accurate quote and booking information.
- You may not misuse, disrupt, or unlawfully access the website.
- Website content belongs to Pro Exterior and may not be copied without permission.
