Pressure cleaning built for South Florida surfaces.

One property · the right method for each surface

Five pressure-cleaning services homeowners ask for most.

01

Driveways

Concrete and paver driveways collect tire marks, algae, irrigation residue, and dark organic growth. We assess the surface, edges, drainage, and nearby landscaping before cleaning.

02

House washing

Exterior walls, soffits, fascia, and trim need a controlled approach. We adjust the method around paint, stucco, screens, seals, plants, and electrical fixtures.

03

Roof cleaning

Roof material and condition determine the plan. Barrel tile, flat tile, and other common Florida roof systems require deliberate access and low-impact cleaning choices.

04

Patios

Outdoor living spaces pick up shade-related algae, food residue, leaf tannins, and irrigation spotting. We plan around furniture, doors, screens, and runoff.

05

Pool decks

Poolside cleaning puts traction, drainage, screen enclosures, water chemistry, and delicate surrounding finishes ahead of brute force.

Why local conditions matter

Heat, humidity, shade, and salt keep exterior buildup moving.

South Florida does not give exterior surfaces a long dry season. Frequent rain, warm temperatures, irrigation, tree cover, and coastal air create recurring conditions for algae and organic buildup. A shaded Palm City walkway may become slippery before a sunny Stuart driveway looks dirty. A Jupiter patio near salt air can weather differently from protected pavers farther inland.

That is why the visit starts with the material and its surroundings—not a single pressure setting. We identify fragile edges, loose joints, painted areas, roof details, landscaping, and places where water can collect. The goal is a visibly cleaner property without treating every square foot as if it were bare concrete.

A clear service sequence

Know what happens before the equipment starts.

  1. 01 · Confirm the scope.Tell us which surfaces need attention, where the property is located, and whether there are access or timing constraints.
  2. 02 · Inspect the property. We review materials, drainage, plants, fixtures, damaged areas, and any conditions that need a gentler approach.
  3. 03 · Prepare and clean.Movable items are cleared, nearby areas are protected as needed, and the cleaning method is matched to the surface.
  4. 04 · Walk the result. We check the finished areas, rinse surrounding surfaces, and point out stains or damage that cleaning cannot safely remove.

Straight answers

Pressure-cleaning questions.

Does Pro Exterior perform pressure cleaning in-house?

Yes. Pressure cleaning is a core service performed and managed by the Pro Exterior team from the first scope conversation through completion.

What can you pressure clean?

We clean driveways, patios, pool decks, walkways, house exteriors, and roofs. The method is selected for the material and condition; delicate surfaces are not treated like ordinary concrete.

Do I need to be home?

Usually not for exterior work when we have clear access, a working water source, and any gate instructions. We confirm the plan before arrival and communicate when the work is complete.
