These terms govern use of the Pro Exterior website and the purchase of services from Pro Exterior Window Cleaning & Pressure Cleaning, operated by A UNITY ASSETS LLC. By using the website, requesting a quote, or booking service, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Pro Exterior provides residential and commercial window cleaning, window buffing for hard-water and mineral-deposit stains, pressure cleaning, house washing, roof cleaning, patio and pool-deck cleaning, and seasonal Christmas light installation within its regular service area and elsewhere by written arrangement. Pro Exterior does not provide window scratch removal.
2. Online quotes and count confirmation
- Window-cleaning quotes are calculated from the window types, count, and service option you provide through the online quiz.
- We double-check the count and service conditions before work begins.
- If the count or on-site conditions differ, we explain and obtain approval for the updated quote before starting.
- High interior windows, sliding-door tracks, specialty access, and conditions excluded by the calculator may be quoted on arrival.
- Window buffing is evaluated separately because mineral deposits, etching, access, and the condition of the glass vary.
- Pressure cleaning, roof cleaning, and Christmas light installation are quoted separately from the residential window calculator after the property and requested scope are reviewed.
3. Pressure cleaning and seasonal lighting
- Pressure cleaning is a core service performed and managed by Pro Exterior.
- Cleaning methods and pricing depend on the surface, condition, access, drainage, nearby finishes, and requested scope.
- Christmas light installation may include design, installation, agreed in-season maintenance, takedown, and off-season storage as stated in the approved proposal.
- Roof or lighting work may be declined or redesigned when access, weather, materials, existing damage, or another site condition makes the requested approach unsafe.
4. Scheduling, cancellation, weather, and access
- Appointment requests are subject to confirmation and route availability.
- Please provide as much notice as possible when rescheduling or canceling.
- You agree to provide reasonable access, including gate instructions, secured pets, and moved vehicles where needed.
- We may reschedule due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
5. SMS program description and messaging use cases
The program name is the Pro Exterior Window Cleaning & Pressure Cleaning SMS Program, operated by A UNITY ASSETS LLC. When you check an SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring messages in the selected category: quote and service communications, and—only where separately selected—marketing or promotional messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving a quote.
- You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the SMS program.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one final SMS confirming your unsubscribe status, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, submit an opt-in form again as you did initially.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods may include card, Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal, cash, or check as communicated for the service.
7. Satisfaction and property condition
- If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and make the work right where reasonably possible.
- We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects, failed seals, brittle fixtures, loose materials, deferred maintenance, or improper prior installation.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability for a service claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
8. Website use
- You agree to provide accurate quote and booking information.
- You may not misuse, disrupt, or unlawfully access the website.
- Website content belongs to Pro Exterior and may not be copied without permission.
